Signature Massage
60 Mins. $70 90 Mins. $95
This massage Includes a combination of the following massage techniques:
Swedish - this massage includes a variety of long, gliding stokes, kneading, friction, tapping, shaking, and vibration. Typically, pressure is moderate to allow the muscles to relax. It is effective for many ailments, and produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, circulation, and promotes health and well-being.
Deep Tissue - this massage is designed to reach the deep portions of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers. Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, its purpose is to unstick the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held patters of tension.
Thai/Shiatsu - The combination of these two ancient techniques, which have been
practiced for thousands of years, includes yoga-like stretching and
rhythmic pressure along the body’s meridian lines with hands, elbows,
knees and feet to unblock and stimulate the flow of energy. Designed
to be both relaxing and stimulating, this massage also helps to improve
flexibility, reduce tension, and bring balance to the body as a whole.
Myofascial Release
60 Mins. $70 90 Mins. $95
Fascia is the connective tissue fiber which surrounds the muscles that can
become stiff and immobile Due to stress, illness, or injury, fascia can become stiff and immobile. This non-invasive technique helps soften and release the fascia and allows the body to correct structural imbalances due to stress, illness, or injury. May be used as a pre-cursor to therapeutic massage, or as a treatment by itself.
Pregnancy Massage
60 Mins. $70 90 Mins. $95
Pregnancy is a time of major structural, physiological, psychological, spiritual, and social changes. Massage during this special time focuses on the specific needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through these dramatic changes during this experience. This nurturing, therapeutic treatment can help alleviate the discomforts and overall fatigue often associated with pregnancy and can increase the expectant mother’s awareness.
Hot Stone Massage
60 Mins. $85 90 Mins. $110
This is a luxurious Swedish massage combined with stones that have been heated, which are strategically positioned on specific points of the body. These stones are also gently, with firm pressure, glided across the entire body with warm oil to help melt stress away.
Reflexology
30 Mins. $50
Reflexology is an acupressure type technique which is based on the
ancient art of zone therapy and its correlation with the organs and
systems of the body on the hands and feet. When pressure
is applied to specific reflex points, it causes stimulation in the
natural energy of the corresponding zone or organ.
Sports Massage
60 Mins. $70 90 Mins. $95
This
form of massage is typically performed before or after athletic events
to prepare athletes for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, relieve
swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent

Corporate Massage
Productivity.
Throughput. Efficiency. Whatever you call it, you're going to get more
of it from an employee who's mentally and physically energized by an
in-office chair massage. Besides, it's a great way to indulge a valued
employee or reward the performance of that winning department. Surprise
your staff with an afternoon or full day, or schedule a recurring
weekly/monthly appointment (ask about special long-term scheduling
discounts). Suddenly, Mondays won't seem so tough ...
One
of the main contributors to our everyday stress is our workplace. 70%
of workers surveyed by a national survey stated that their job is very
stressful. Stress is the #1 cause of disability. It costs employers
billions of dollars a year on lost productivity and healthcare costs.
Since workplace is stressful, it seems commonsense to provide some
means of stress relief at the workplace. More and more employers are
recognizing that a regular massage can reduce the physical and mental
effects of stress, thus reducing burnout and stress related diseases.
Chair
massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work and
provides an appreciated break for employees. Sitting in a massage
chair opens up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and
provides a gentle respite for eyes usually glued to a computer monitor.
Even 5-15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, shoulders, arms, and
hands can increase circulation, returning energy levels and helping
keep the body injury free.
Whether
as part of your regular employee wellness program, benefits package,
incentive program, Health Fair, or company picinic, a chair massage
program can be an asset to your employees and your company as a whole.
- Increase Employee Productivity and Efficiency
- Increase Job Satisfaction
- Decrease Use of Sick Leave
- Decrease Feelings of Work-related Anxiety
- Decrease Disability Claims
- Decrease Employee Turn-over
There
is a $25 travel fee for each visit made to your company to provide
service. The employer has the option of paying $60 for each booked
hour, or making employees aware ahead of time that this service will be
provided and they can pay out of pocket for their session at $1 per
min. In this instance, there is a minimum of 10 employees required.
A
minimum of 2 booked hours by the company or 10 employees paying out of
pocket for a minimum of 15 minutes each is required for this service.
It is encourage that the company pay for the first visit, as
it sends a message to the employees that the company understands and
supports the importance of stress relief and relaxation in the
workplace. Following visits can be paid by each individual employee
who desires a session, unless the employer is willing to continue to
provide this service to their employees.
